If some products are out of stock temporarily or permanently, we will inform our clients via the internet site or via the mail transmitted by the client.

Prices
Monoi Polynesia reserves the right to modify its prices at any time but undertakes to apply the current rates which will be indicated to you at the time of your order, subject to availability on this date. The prices above are in Dollars ($), shown inclusive of VAT and include the costs associated with the processing of orders.

The full price payment must be at the order, unless otherwise specified during the ordering process.

Order and payment
Every purchase order signed by the customer by “double click” is an irrevocable acceptance which cannot be disputed restrictively provided for in this contract “Order withdrawal” and “Execute command” sections.


Execute command

Running the order
The company reserves the right to reject the order in case of product unavailability, unreasonable application of the client. The invoice will be automatically sent to client at the time of order. It will be sent to the email address specified by the client when ordering, unless otherwise noted on his part.

Order Withdrawal
In accordance with article the Code of Consommation, the customer has a max period of seven (7) days to exercise his right of withdrawal. This period runs from the receipt of the order by the client.

The product LOCAL PICK UP must be accompanied by original invoice of order purchase.

Applicable law
This contract is subject to French law, in accordance with the European directives. This is so both for the substantive rules than the rules of form. In case of dispute, the companies will focus on the settlement. This search for amicable solution stops no time to act as security. Otherwise, and pursuant to the provisions of articles 46 to 48 of the NCPC, the French courts will be only competent.
